Chef Donald Higby is an award-winning chef trained at the Connecticut Culinary Institute. He has traversed the culinary world for the last 24 years in search of new techniques, exotic dishes, and new culinary innovations. Networking with local farmers, Chef Don utilizes the natural ingredients of the valley—from proteins to produce and wine to beer—picking out only the best quality of food for his catering.
